Q1. How can I check the quality and drivable condition of a used vehicle?: Once you confirm your order, we will email you photos, a video, and the vehicle registration documents for each car.
Q2. How should the payment be made?: The payment terms are a 30% down payment, and the remaining 70% balance should be wired after you make a final review of the video we send you once the vehicle preparation for shipment is completed.
Q3. I would like to trade under CIF terms. How should I proceed?: Our customers' final destination ports vary. If you let us know your destination port, we will check the freight and incidental costs and notify you.
Q4. When importing automobiles, I would also like to import various Korean products. How can I do that?: Korean K-Products are very popular. When importing vehicles, you can load various products inside the cars. By importing Korean products, you can secure an additional profit margin and reduce freight and incidental costs. Please let us know your items of interest and quantities, and we will send you a quotation.
Q5. I would like to import used auto parts. How can I proceed?: If you let us know the types, quantities, and quality of the auto parts, we will send you a quotation, product photos, and a video.
